Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharma) in India is offered as post graduate (graduate) course after completion of B.Pharma degree. The M.Pharma course is normally of two years duration. The course focuses on specialisation in the field of pharmacy. Master in Pharmacy (Pharmacology) is a post graduate degree course designed to provide an advanced training in various aspects of pharmacology, molecular biology, pre-clinical and clinical drug development, and pharmacotherapeutics. During the course, the student gain knowledge and scientific information regarding pharmacology of drugs, practical aspects of pharmacological screening for various medicinal agents using the animal model, pharmacological calculations, biological standardization, and in-vivo drug interactions and toxicity studies. The program has tremendous scope and students who emerge successfully have various career options. They are a much sought-after tribe in academia and industry.

The Admission to M.Pharma Programme will be as per the Guidelines issued by the university from time to time. Admission is based on the merit of the GPAT/UKSEE score. Eligible candidates will have to register themselves by filling up to prescribed form, available at office.
